Staring at the computer’s body is always unconsciously leaning forward, and the chest will be tightly pressed against the table, gradually squeezed to both sides, causing deformation and sagging. Ambush work is most likely to lead to hunchback and shoulder forward bending. This kind of sitting posture will make the chest loose and powerless. Without strength support, the breast will certainly not resist the gravity!
Keep in mind the principle of “one punch away from the table”. If you always forget, you may as well take a long necklace with exaggerated shape, or cut half a tennis card at the table facing the chest, which can play a good reminder role. You can also try to use the mouse with another hand every two weeks (the left and right mouse buttons can be set in the opposite direction), which can also effectively prevent the body from leaning to one side.
Leaning on the desktop and staring at the screen? Holding the receiver between the shoulder and the head to answer the phone? These positions will make the muscles near the cervical vertebra excessively tense and reduce the blood supply to the cerebral cortex. In addition, too high or too low computer screen, will let you unconsciously shrug, hunchback, so that the cervical spine will also be deformed, easily lead to migraine.
First, check the placement of your computer. The middle part of the monitor should be just facing your chin. The physiological curvature of the cervical spine in this protrusion will gradually straighten or even reverse with the external force.
Adjust the height ratio of the table top and chair to avoid excessive back or forward bending of the head and neck. The adjustable inclined working plate sold on the market, which is 10-30 degrees to the table top, will be more conducive to the adjustment of sitting posture. In addition, remember to do a few minutes of head exercise gently and slowly every other hour or so to avoid rigidity, so that the head and neck muscles can get sufficient blood supply.
Unconsciously raising the legs? This position will restrict the blood flow of one leg, and the weight of the upper body will also press on one leg, causing the spine to bend and the back to be stiff. In addition, the chair without back or without adjustment often causes excessive forward leaning of the body, which makes the symptoms of spinal curvature and lumbar disc herniation more serious.
Everyone’s body shape is different, so it’s better to choose the manual “adjustment type” for the office seat. The height of the chair should be such that the feet can be placed flat on the floor, and the thighs should also be parallel to the floor; the back of the chair should be close to the back and maintain an inclination of about 120 degrees. Oh, by the way, if you need to watch the computer screen for a long time, you’d better choose a high back chair to support the whole back.
Even if the sitting posture is correct, as long as the time is too long, our legs will appear different degrees of swelling, there is no way, who let the blood supply to them be suppressed! If we add the wrong sitting posture such as cocked legs, chair height discomfort, leg swelling, knee joint tingling phenomenon will be more serious.
If you want to keep your legs slim and healthy, you must remember to get up every half an hour. You don’t need to do special actions. Just “take two steps” can effectively avoid swelling. The height of the chair should also be appropriate. When sitting, the legs should form a 90 degree angle, and the feet should be able to lay on the ground.
